Gardening has been proven to improve physical health, mental wellness, and cognitive ability! Join us for this 5-session series to learn how to grow native plants, herbs, or vegetables. This program is designed to support aspiring gardeners with disabilities. We will supply guidance and all materials, including accessible garden beds, worktables, and ergonomic garden tools. At the end of our program, you will have acquired the skills, and plants, to take home and continue your garden adventures. Participants will be asked to complete a Modification Intake Form upon registration to ensure appropriate support from Program Access. Registration required.

Come splash around, socialize, and make new friends at our TR Adult Swimtastic Social! Staff ratio approx 1:7 Personal support or caregivers welcome.

TR Socials are for adults, ages 18 and older, with disabilities. Activities vary; participants have a chance to socialize, play games, have refreshments, and have fun.

TR Paint & Punch: Enjoy creating staff lead drawings and paintings. You will paint on paper and canvas. Please wear old clothes that may get paint on them. No experience necessary. Parent must stay onsite.

For individuals with disabilities and their family and friends. Celebrate Sunday as a Funday at our family swim party! All participants and family members must register individually. Everyone must be in swim attire in pool.

For individuals with disabilities. Fun opportunity for team building! Teams are formed on an "A" and "B" level for non-competitive game play. Ideal for agencies and group homes to register multiple players.

Ages 15 and Up with disabilities. Our special event dances take place 6:30 pm - 9:30 pm on the last Saturday of the month. The schedule may vary for holidays. Enjoy a DJ, dancing, games, pizza and other refreshments. Pre-registration is encouraged.

For individuals with disabilities. Tone your muscles and encourage flexibility through stretching exercises. Ideal for beginners; activities are adapted. Virtual class on Zoom.

For youth, ages 6-14, with disabilities. Learn fundamental soccer skills, soccer rules and playing strategies with Coach Doug.

TR Dance Creation: Have you ever wanted to create your own dance moves? Here is your chance! No dance experience required. This program is for youth with disabilities and their friends.

First time/beginner Yoga for kids with disabilities.

For youth and adults with disabilities. ZamDance is a high impact fitness program in a structured environment; participants move at their own pace. Learn different dance steps such as MERENGUE, JAZZ, and HIP-HOP.

TR Qigong
For individuals with disabilities. Similar to Tai Chi, Qigong is meditation via movement, and can be done in chairs for those who need support. Benefits of Qigong include lowered stress and anxiety, increased focus, and improved balance and flexibility. It combines controlled breathing, gentle movement and meditation to promote good mental, physical and spiritual health.
