Take your game to the next level while making new friends in this fun, week-long (and air-conditioned) camp for kids ages 8 to 14. Campers will be divided by age and experience. Younger campers and beginners will enjoy games-based activities that teach the fundamentals: eye-hand coordination, movement, and basic tennis strokes plus parts of the court, scorekeeping, and etiquette. Older and more experienced players will be grouped to ensure they get a good challenge during drills and point play with peers while working to improve technique, consistency, and competitive strategy. There will be plenty of time for warm-ups, cardio, and cool down throughout the day, along with breaks for snacks and lunch plus some off-court fun. Totally Tennis campers will enjoy a positive learning environment that not only builds tennis skills, but also fosters teamwork, self-confidence, and sportsmanship. Fridays at Totally Tennis will finish with a mini tournament featuring match play and large group games adapted for all ages and levels. Sneakers and comfortable clothing are a must. If you need to borrow a racquet, we are happy to loan you one. Please bring a non-perishable lunch (peanut free due to allergies), a refillable water bottle, and snacks to last for a full day of camp.
