Okinawan Karate
This class is for adults who want to improve their physical and mental well-being while learning self-defense techniques from the traditional, Okinawan martial art of Uechi-ryu karate. With a focus on individual and partner training and a positive and supportive training approach, you'll gain the confidence to tackle any challenge that comes your way.
