Yoga I/II w/ Hannah
Building on the foundation created in Level 1, we'll begin to introduce more difficult standing poses and preparation for arm balances and inversions. The sequences will be fluid, alignment-focused, and progressive. Classes in this series are designed to challenge your inner and outer strength, connecting breath and movement for a nourishing yoga flow. The instructor encourages students to listen to their bodies and progress at their own pace. Bring a yoga mat, blanket, and two blocks to class, and wear comfortable clothing you can move around in. Students must practice with bare feet. This class is most appropriate for continuing levels and those who feel comfortable with poses like Downward Facing Dog, Plank and flowing style movement.
