Montgomery Stroke and Turn Clinic - R01033

The Montgomery Stroke and Turn Clinic has served the swimming community for over 25 years. MSTC is designed for swimmers who wish to improve their ability to swim the four competitive strokes, learn correct starts and turns, gain strength and have fun. This is not a training program, but coaches will work on proper stroke mechanics and techniques to prepare swimmers for the upcoming summer season. Swimmers are separated into subgroups by age and current ability, the older more advanced subgroups will see some limited interval training. Swimmers must be able to swim 25 yards or 25 meters without stopping.

The program meets for 24 sessions. A full calendar of clinic dates for the year is in each class listing. Dates vary at different pools due to other scheduled activities at the facilities.
