Pranic Healing in Nature

Instructor: Charu Chundury, certified Pranic Healing Instructor

Nature is teeming with life-force also known as prana. Learn how to recharge by harnessing this energy and helping release pain, stress, and anxiety. This self-healing experience combines breathwork, meditation and instruction of prana and chakra concepts. Program involves standing, sitting, and lying down. Please bring a blanket and dress for the outdoors.
