Suenaka-ha Aikido

Learn self-defense and improve your health with Karate and Aikido. Karate and Aikido classes at Jane Lawton Community Center incorporate exercises from Okinawan Karatedo, Suenaka-ha Aikido, and Tai Chi Qigong to help improve your health and develop self-defense skills. This class is appropriate for all fitness and experience levels.

All classes are taught by James Huss, Shihan. Shihan Huss has studied martial arts for over 35 years and has trained and taught in the US, China, Taiwan, S. Korea, the Philippines, Japan, and Thailand. For more information, visit @SuenakaZenzanDojo on YouTube.com.
