Fury Friday

Fury Friday is an open mat wrestling practice catered towards high school students that wish to continue training throughout the summer. This is a free program geared towards bringing more awareness to the fantastic sport of wrestling. The first hour will be an instructed workout and the second hour will be for the students to work on moves they would like to improve on. This class is not for beginners, some experience along with wrestling shoes is needed. The class will be instructed by a Maryland State Champion.
