Masters Swimming - R01058

Designed specifically for adult swimmers who seek a structured workout with a professional coach. Local or national competition is available for those who wish to compete. Triathletes welcome. Swimmers need to be proficient in most strokes and advanced enough to circle swim a workout. Training is offered at all indoor pools. Current membership in US Masters Swimming is required to participate in this activity.
One day drop in rate available at facility. Cost $15.

Class meets at various times and locations.
Olney Swim Center (OSC): Tuesday & Thursday 8:30 - 10 p.m. ; Saturday 7:30 - 9 a.m.
MLK Swim Center (MLK): Monday & Wednesday 8:30 - 10 p.m.
Germantown Indoor Swim Center (GISC): Monday & Wednesday & Friday 6:30 - 7:30 a.m. ; Tuesday & Thursday 8:30 - 10 p.m.

Registration for the KSAC group includes workouts at OSC and MLK.
Registration for the GISC group includes workouts only at GISC.
