Alternated between high and low intensity cardio-dance moves designed to maximize your calorie-burning potential, release joy, tone muscle, improve heart health and overall mood. It's your feel-good movement therapy to upbeat music-that can adapt to your fitness level and where you always fit in.
*NOTE: This is a series of eight Thursday classes. All classes in the series are included in the one registration fee. Classes in the series are not offered on an individual basis. This class will be held in the Clarksburg Neighborhood Park Activity Building located on park grounds. Registration is required. No walk-ins will be accepted.
